1. CUSTOM DUTIES AND TAXES
Please note that customs duties and taxes are not included in the shipping cost. Once the items have been shipped to your country, any customs fees or taxes imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient. By purchasing from IbogaineForSale.org, you acknowledge that your package(s) may incur fees upon arrival in your country.
2. SHIPPING TIME AND METHOD
We strongly recommend opting for our fast shipping service when purchasing on IbogaineForSale.org. To provide the most efficient service, we ship via DHL, which typically delivers within 3 – 7 business days.
Please note, that we no longer offer EMS shipping due to customer feedback regarding delays and inconveniences. DHL provides a tracking number for each shipment, allowing you to trace your parcel and monitor its delivery online.
3. SHIPPING COST
Shipping costs vary based on the weight of your order. Below is a breakdown of our shipping charges:
- 0.1kg – 2kg: $80
- 2.01kg – 5kg: $100
- 5.01kg – 10kg: $150
- Above 10kg: $200. Any additional shipping cost above this amount will be covered by us.
Please note, that these charges do not include our standard 24-hour processing time.
4. SHIPMENT TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email complete with a tracking number. It is your responsibility to follow the tracking instructions provided in the email to monitor the status of your delivery.
5. RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns if the item delivered to you was incorrect or damaged upon arrival. You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product. The product must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.
